HOA President receives update regarding New Access Point to Hildebrand Ranch Trail

​​Hi Ken,

Good news! I just spoke with Jason, and he is ready to get started on the access points.
 
Rough schedule below:

• Monday, 11/13 - Begin work.
• Tuesday, 11/14 - Close the northernmost access point. This will start with 2x4’s across the opening and temporary signage directing people to the other access points. He will also remove the “Welcome” sign from the back side of the fence that the previous homeowners left. We can evaluate this solution and signage in a few months to see if it is working and adjust as needed.
• Cut the fence for the other two access points and install the gates.
• Wednesday 11/15-11/21 - Install crusher fines paths to new gates, install new signage.

 
Improvements to the two track just west of the TrailMark fence will happen next year. We will keep you posted about that.
