Bears typically emerge from their dens in mid-March and will remain active until around November, according to Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
Please be vigilant - Keep your distance, and keep your garbage cans locked up inside until the morning of garbage day. Repeat "visitors” may have to be put down by the city.
