Committees are the perfect way to get involved! TrailMark has a few committees that you can volunteer for, depending on your availability and expertise! The social committee, design review committee, common area committee, communication committee, and finance committee are all looking for people to join and help out! If you are interested and want more information such as time commitment, typical duties, meeting schedule, etc., please contact the Management Company.

Common Area Committee (CAC)
The Common Area Committee goals are as follows:

The Common Area Committee goals are as follows:
- The Committee shall meet regularly to evaluate the common areas in TrailMark and to take action to maintain and improve those areas, so as to provide a more beautiful and safe place to live, and to raise the quality of living for the community.
- Work with the Design & Review Committee, Finance Committee, and other committees as appropriate on safety, aesthetic, growth and public domain issues.

Communications Committee (CC)
The Communications Committee goals are as follows:
Sign up for email notifications (newsletter, neighborhood information, safety alerts, etc).

The Communications Committee goals are as follows:
- Work with the HOA Board and Committees to disseminate relevant information to all TrailMark Board Members, Committee members and Homeowners.
- Advise Board and membership on calendar events
- Publish and distribute the homeowners newsletter, maintain website
- Create a sense of community and image for TrailMark homeowners

Covenant Compliance
HOA Covenant Compliance goals are as follows:

HOA Covenant Compliance goals are as follows:
- Educate and inform the homeowners on the TrailMark Covenants.
- Conduct community-wide covenant inspections
- Provide notification to homeowners of any violation(s);
- Track violations from initial notification through resolution
- Coordinate with the Design Review Committee (DRC) when enforcement is necessary.
- Foster environment encouraging voluntary covenant compliance.
- Maintain a current Violation Log with the status of all issues.
- Reports will be provided bi-monthly for the regular Board pre-meetings.
- Assist in resolving individual homeowner’s violations as they pertain to the Association, common elements and governing rules and regulations.
- Attend the bi-monthly, two-hour Board of Directors meeting, as needed, to answer questions and/or provide information pertaining to community covenant enforcement.
- Stay abreast of local and national laws and legislation affecting community covenant enforcement.
- Maintain enforcement files as required by law.

Design Review Committee (DRC)

- Uphold the esthetic value and visual integrity of the community
- Act as community liaison to the HOA Board
- Supervise homeowner activity for compliance to covenants

Finance Committee (FC)

- Manager fund reserves for future capital expenses
- Review of contract services for which homeowners pay
- Review of the collection policy and relationship to HOA dues delinquencies

- Create an annual social events calendar and manage/oversee those events
- Ensure community wide participation at community events

All of the committees' actions shall be in accordance with the TrailMark Homeowners Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the Bylaws of TrailMark Homeowners Association, as currently amended, and all other applicable laws and regulations.
