Exciting weekend for TrailMark residents August 23rd and 24th

Dear TrailMark Residents,

It’s time to have some fun with your fellow neighbors next weekend, August 23rd and 24th. Our Social Committee has two back to back events that you’ll want to participate in to keep your life fun and exciting….

On Saturday, August 23rd at 11:00 am:
We have organized our first ever Senior Citizen Lunch and Preseason Football. We won’t be checking ages, so if you consider yourself a senior citizen, or a lover of football, please join us for lunch at The Mirage Sports Bar located at 8340 W. Coal Mine Avenue in Littleton. The Mirage staff have dedicated a portion of the restaurant for our TrailMark group. Please come enjoy some lunch and watch the final preseason football game between the Denver Broncos and New Orleans Saints. The Mirage has agreed to issue separate checks to participating families. Come have some lunch, visit with your TrailMark neighbors, and enjoy the last Broncos preseason game. We need to give the Mirage an approximate head-count, so if you haven’t already done so, please RSVP soon under the “Senior Citizen Lunch and Preseason Football” event on the HOA Facebook page or NextDoor. See you there!

On Sunday, August 24th at 5:30 pm:
Please come to Hogback Hill Park and take in our last summer concert for 2025. Shelvis and the Roustabouts is our scheduled band. Here’s your chance to hear some Malt Shop Oldies with songs from Elvis and Buddy Holly, just to mention a few. This will be fun! Since it’s our last concert of the year, there will be some additional food trucks and tables of guests set up for this fun event. Here’s a current list:

  • LB Tacos (Food truck selling tacos, burritos, etc. – please bring money)
  • Kona Ice (sponsored and paid for by Elk Roofing)
  • Andy Marquez (Books for sale to help Andy with his medical bills)
  • Texas Roadhouse (Handing out free appetizer cards)
  • Pat Driscoll (City of Littleton Mayoral Candidate)
  • Rooted in Littleton (a non-partisan group about preserving the small town charm and beauty of Littleton)
  • Bouncy Houses (on south side of soccer field)

Please note, the TrailMark HOA does not endorse or support any political candidate(s). Rather than soliciting door to door, Pat Driscoll and Rooted in Littleton asked if they could set up a table to pass out their literature to any interested residents. This is an opportunity for residents to interact and understand current Littleton issues.

Take a break from the beginning of school woes and join us for both events. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th.

Thank you,
