Garbage & Recycling

TrailMark’s collection day is on Tuesdays, 7:00 am-7:00 pm. Trash/recycling must be to the curb by 7:00 am, but not the night before [TrailMark’s Trash Policy]. The trash company is only allowed – by law – to collect trash/recycling from 7:00 am-7:00 pm (due to noise).

Please check the TrailMark website calendar for special pick-up days around the holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day & Christmas Day).

TRASH SERVICE PROBLEMS?  Did you know that when you experience problems with your trash or recycling not being picked up from your street, Republic Services can arrange to have the trash picked up in the next day or two. For a timely response, please contact Republic Services at 303-744-9881 and ask for a “missed pick-up.”

If you have trash service issues, please contact Republic Services or TrailMark’s Property Manager to report the issue.

Please remember, you purchased a home that is close to wildlife. This means that leaving trash cans out will attract bears, raccoons, etc. As a member of the community, putting your trash cans in the garage is the best way to avoid unwanted visitors in your yard or your neighbor’s yard. The rule for trash day is that your container cannot be out before the morning of pick-up. This also helps to keep the unwanted visitors out of the neighborhood.
