October 30th Community Meeting Information regarding New Shea Homes

Dear TrailMark Neighbors, 

You are invited to join us for a neighborhood meeting. Please see details below:

Peak Community & Wellness Center, 6612 S Ward St, Littleton, CO 80127

We wanted to provide a clear update on the TrailMark proposal and our next steps. We understand there has been some confusion about our application, so we are delaying all public hearings until we can meet directly with the community. To allow time for that conversation, we’ve scheduled a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, October 30 at 5:30 PM at the Peak Community & Wellness Center, 6612 S Ward St, Littleton, CO 80127 in which the TrailMark neighborhood will formally be noticed.

While there is still a Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) hearing listed for October 14, our intention at that meeting is only to request a continuance so that we can hold the October 30 neighborhood meeting and clarify our proposal before any formal hearings take place.

Here is our current schedule moving forward.

  • Oct 14: Jefferson County BOCC meeting – request for continuance
  • Week of Oct 20: Littleton public notice signs posted for neighborhood meeting
  • Oct 30: City of Littleton neighborhood meeting (Peak Community & Wellness Center)
  • Week of Oct 27: Jefferson County Planning Commission public hearing signs posted
  • Nov 12: Jefferson County Planning Commission public hearing (CDP amendment)
  • Week of Nov 24: Jefferson County BOCC public hearing signs posted
  • Dec 9: Jefferson County BOCC public hearing (CDP amendment)
  • Dates TBD: City of Littleton public hearings (rezoning, land use amendment, and CDP amendment)

Please note that you may see additional signage posted indicating that our project is going to referrals. This does not mean the project is scheduled for a public hearing; it simply means our planning documents are being sent to outside agencies for technical review.
