Dear TrailMark Residents,
Our HOA Board would like to issue some comments regarding the HOA tree damage on January 29, 2026:
The TrailMark HOA does not budget for damage caused by reckless night driving on our streets. Unfortunately, this is not the first incident of this nature, and repeated carelessness puts shared community assets at risk.
At this time, we may not be able to fully replace or restore the damaged tree. We believe the honorable course of action is for those responsible to step forward and reimburse the community for the harm caused by their actions.
Our goal is to preserve TrailMark’s beauty and safety without increasing our HOA dues because of preventable incidents. We trust that our neighbors share this responsibility and respect for our common spaces.
