Dear TrailMark Residents,
As I was driving to get my morning coffee, I came across some overnight damage from a vehicle that crashed into our island on TrailMark Parkway at West Danzig Place (to the northeast of 9606 W Danzig Place).
The mysterious vehicle clearly took out and destroyed our pear tree. Whoever hit our tree has significant front end damage.
Unfortunately, we know from previous experiences that this kind of damage will be an additional monetary expense to our HOA.
The incident has been reported to Littleton Police. If anyone has information or videos of this occurrence, please email president@trailmark.org.
Our landscaping contractor LCS will be coming out today to remove the tree and damage to our island.
