Dear TrailMark Residents,
Our HOA shed located west of the fire station was in dire need of some caulking and new paint. The past two days, Marco and Beyon from Valle Painting gave our HOA shed an updated and refreshing new look. The HOA Board thought it would be appropriate to choose one of the 61 DRC approved color schemes to paint the shed so it better matches the homes within TrailMark.
We chose color scheme #27 which has a Sherwin Williams body color named Greek Villa (#7551), and a Sherwin Williams trim color named Portico (#7548). When you are considering painting the exterior of your home, please refer to the DRC approved color schemes found on the TrailMark.org website, at https://www.trailmark.org/exterior-paint-schemes/. Remember, all exterior painting requests require written DRC permission prior to painting.
Again, thank you to Valle Painting for helping us maintain our HOA shed. We are pleased with the aesthetically pristine look.
