Last Chance to win a FREE Starbucks Gift Card by mailing in your yellow Proxy and pink HOA Ballot

Dear TrailMark Residents,

We want to remind all 799 residents, that you have a few days left to mail in your yellow Proxy and pink HOA ballot. All proxies and ballots are due to Westwind Management by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9th, 2026 (see photo).

During our Annual HOA Meeting on Tuesday, November 10th at 6:00 p.m., we will be randomly drawing one of the proxies received and awarding that lucky winner with a $25 Starbucks gift card. You do not need to be present to win. If your name is drawn and you are not in attendance, we will deliver the Starbucks gift card to you.

So, if you haven’t mailed your yellow Proxy and pink HOA ballot yet, please mail them to Westwind Management ASAP. As a friendly reminder, you will need to affix your own stamp to the envelope provided.
