The ease of Westwind’s new Online Portal (CINC) and your HOA Quarterly Payments

Dear TrailMark Residents,

On March 10th during our HOA meeting, Westwind Management conducted a very simple demonstration of logging onto your account on Westwind’s new portal named CINC. We all learned that CINC is very user friendly and doesn’t take long to sign in to the portal. When I jumped on the portal for the first time, it took me 3 minutes to get logged into CINC.

Our Board wanted to provide answers to some questions that were asked during our meeting:

• Yes, your HOA account number is exactly the same as in the previous Westwind portal.
• Yes, if you had signed up for automatic bill pay in the past portal, then your automatic payment will still be active as everything is still conducted through Alliance Bank.
• Yes, if you had originally set up for your personal bank to mail in your quarterly dues, then the mailing address and your account number is exactly the same.

To sign in to the new portal, simply type in your email address that you used in the previous Westwind portal.

In the new CINC portal, it will ask you to type in a password. You can still use your previous password if you so choose. Once you type in your password, then you will be logged into CINC.

Here Are Some Advantages to Connecting to Westwind’s CINC Portal:

• It’s an easier way to communicate with Westwind Management.
• You can see your balance or amounts due regarding your HOA account.
• You can easily pay your HOA dues on CINC.
• You can update your account information and payments on CINC.
• You can fill out a work order for an item in the TrailMark community that needs to be fixed (i.e. broken sprinkler, a fallen rail from a split rail fence, etc.)
• You can track communications between your home and Westwind Management.
