Dumpster Day event in TrailMark on April 25th

Dear TrailMark Residents,

Your TrailMark HOA Board negotiated 3 FREE Dumpster Days when agreeing to our 3-year trash contract. We will have one FREE Dumpster Day in 2025, 2026, and 2027.  

Our second free Dumpster Day is confirmed for Saturday, April 25th. We are hoping to have the dumpsters open around 7:00 a.m. and anticipate closing around 2:00 p.m. The times are approximate because we are not able to start Dumpster Day until Republic Services delivers all 4 dumpsters. We encourage residents to come in the morning so that you have the best chance to get rid of your junk.

Like last year, the dumpsters will be located just south of 9975 West Baden Drive (see map). We also secured the LB Taco Truck for residents who would like to buy a breakfast burrito while waiting in line. In order to keep the traffic flowing smoothly, please follow the red arrows noted on the map.

THIS EVENT IS FREE TO ALL TRAILMARK RESIDENTS! Please do not advertise this event to your friends or relatives, because we want to give all of our TrailMark residents the opportunity to get rid of their junk during their Spring cleaning. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

We will have Board Members and volunteers in reflective vests helping to guide traffic on April 25th. Please be patient as the lines often back up during the event. We are enclosing a list of goods that are not allowed in the Republic dumpsters (i.e. tires, flammables, electronics, etc).

Once the 4 dumpsters fill up, our Dumpster Day event will be closed. Again, we anticipate a closing time of around 2:00 p.m., but if the dumpsters fill up quickly, the Dumpster Day event may close earlier than 2:00 p.m. Please watch the HOA Facebook page for timely updates on April 25th.

Please be aware that leaving trash at the site before or after the event is a violation of Section 7-1-3 of the City Code of Littleton.
