The TrailMark HOA and the TrailMark Metro District (TMMD) will be starting the annual split rail fence painting and maintenance. This year they will be working on Filing 4.
Filing 4 is located in the northwest corner of TrailMark (please refer to map below).
This month, members of the HOA and TMMD started marking broken posts and rails with white X’s. The marked posts and rails will be replaced prior to painting.
As a friendly reminder to those of you who have chicken wire installed to keep your pets inside of your yard, the chicken wire should be installed on the inside of the split rail fence in your own yard and not on the outside of the split rail fence. Now is a good time to relocate your chicken wire if it’s on the outside.
This is a huge filing and it will take several weeks to fix the posts and rails, as well as paint the split rail fence. Again, we wanted to alert all of you in Filing 4 that if you see crews working on the split rail fence, they’ve been hired to do so.
In the past, many of you were kind and gave drinks and snacks to the contractors. This is definitely not necessary, but very much appreciated! It just shows how great our neighborhood is.
