Dear TrailMark Residents,
All 799 TrailMark residents are starting to receive their HOA Annual Meeting mailers in the mail. This packet has our proposed 2027 budget, a yellow proxy, a pink ballot, and a green page highlighting the three HOA Board candidates.
We need all residents to please fill out the yellow proxy and the pink ballot and return it in the provided envelope ASAP. To save the association some money, the Board requests that you affix your own stamp on the return envelope.
All yellow proxies and pink ballots need to be received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9th. We need to receive at least 10% of the yellow proxies and pink ballots (at least 80) in order to ratify our 2027 budget, or we will have to go through the expense of mailing these again.
Our goal is to receive over 200 yellow proxies and pink ballots.
During our Annual HOA Meeting on November 10th, we will be compiling all of the yellow proxies received and randomly drawing out one of the proxies to WIN the $25 Starbucks gift card (see photo). If your name is selected, and you are not at the Annual Meeting, we will deliver the Starbucks gift card to you.
Again, please mail back your yellow proxy and pink ballot ASAP. Thank you for your cooperation.
