Westwind Management Group was recently notified about a few kids who were seen riding motorbikes in the open space at the center of TrailMark, as well as the north end of TrailMark. These areas are Jeffco Open Space and not owned nor maintained by the TrailMark HOA. However, as a courtesy, we would like to pass this information on to our residents.
Neither South Suburban Parks & Recreation nor Jefferson County allow motorized vehicles in their open space nor on their trails. This is posted on multiple signs as well as Jefferson County’s website. There are some exceptions with e-Bikes.
