20 Days Left to Return Proxies and Ballots

Dear TrailMark Residents,

There are exactly 20 days left to return your pink proxies and yellow ballots for our HOA Annual meeting.  

We need at least 80 proxies to pass the 2026 budget. The yellow ballot gives you the chance to vote in your HOA Board of Directors election. 

If you haven’t already done so, please mail your pink proxy and yellow ballot back to Westwind Management ASAP. If mailing, all proxies and ballots need to be received by 5:00 p.m. on November 10, 2025.

If you are attending our Annual HOA Meeting at Falcon Bluffs Middle School on November 11th at 6:00 p.m., you may hand-deliver your proxy and ballot at that time.
