NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Trailmark
Metropolitan District (the “District”) Town of Littleton, County of Jefferson State of Colorado, will hold a regular meeting at 6:30 P.M. on, November 18, 2025 at 8490 W TrailMark Pkwy, Littleton, CO 80127, also know as South Metro Fire Station 19.

for the purpose of conducting such business as may come before the Board.
