
Dear TrailMark Residents,
Many of you have recently received postcards in your mailboxes from Republic notifying us of a service day change from Tuesdays to Wednesdays. There was also a note at the bottom of the postcards specifying “A” days for recycle containers.
Our HOA Board was never informed nor included on this change. Like you, our Board was surprised at the change that was occurring without our involvement or permission as it was a breach of our 3-year contract.
Our HOA Manager Roxanne and I spent most of Monday arguing with Republic that our contract specifies weekly pick-up of both trash and recycling.
This morning, Republic apologized and confirmed that TrailMark will continue to have weekly pick-ups of both trash and recycling. There will be no “A” days for TrailMark.
Our only change that is confirmed is our trash and recycle day will change to Wednesdays beginning January 14th. After today, we will have one more Tuesday pick-up of trash and recycling on January 6th.
We hope this clarifies the Republic confusion. You may disregard the postcards.
