IMPORTANT: Westwind Management’s new CINC Portal information sessions for all Homeowners

Dear TrailMark Residents,

Many of you have heard that Westwind Management is changing their online portal on March 1st to CINC. Our HOA Board and Westwind want to make sure every resident has the necessary information to make this a smooth transition for everyone.

Our Board may be over-notifying all of you, but this information is very important so that you can continue to pay your quarterly assessments (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st) on time. We want to make sure that every TrailMark resident is aware of the upcoming information sessions that will be held regarding this change to CINC.

To become better informed and get all of your questions answered, our Board strongly recommends that you attend one of the information sessions below regarding this upcoming platform change. Here are two choices for any homeowner who wishes to be more informed of the new CINC portal that Westwind Management will be using as of March 1st.

Option #1, In-Person Option:

During our upcoming HOA Meeting on March 10th at 6:00 p.m. in the Library at Falcon Bluffs Middle School (8449 S Garrison St.), our HOA Manager Roxanne Chaparro will be giving a demonstration and answering questions about CINC as Westwind’s new portal for homeowners and board members. This will be an IN-PERSON option.

Option #2, Virtual Option:

Westwind is offering a virtual training session to all homeowners on March 4th at two different times, 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The same information will be covered in both sessions. Westwind is offering two different times to accommodate homeowners’ work/personal schedules. Each session is scheduled for 30 minutes and will include a question and answer session. This is a virtual option so homeowners can be notified and educated from the comfort of their own devices.
