Littleton City Council Hearing regarding Shea Homes postponed again

Dear TrailMark Residents,

We just heard from the Pachner Company that the Hearing with the Littleton City Council regarding the 27 new Shea Homes has been postponed – again. The hearing will not be on June 2nd.

It appears that the new hearing date with the Littleton City Council for the proposed 27 new Shea Homes will be July 21st. Since it’s not officially confirmed, we will notify the community once we know for sure.

Again, the Pachner Company sends their apologies but the change in hearing date came from the City of Littleton.
