HOA Board is looking for 3 new Board Members in November

Dear TrailMark Residents,

This November, our HOA Board will have 3 open seats on the HOA Board of Directors. The following 3 Board Members’ terms will end on November 10th and none are seeking re-election:

• Phil Kinney (Treasurer)
• Tonya Sloan (Secretary)
• Dave Soule (Member at Large)

Arwen Vaughan (Vice President) and Ken Colaizzi (President) will remain on the HOA Board of Directors as both of their terms will end in November of 2027. Arwen and Ken will mentor any newly elected Board Members if you volunteer to serve. If you are interested in volunteering your time and running for one of the 3 upcoming open positions on our HOA Board, then we encourage you to fill out the self nomination form and submit it to Trailmark@westwindmanagement.com before August 28th, 2026.

Being an HOA Board Member is rewarding as you are instrumental in keeping TrailMark the beautiful community that it is. We have six public meetings a year on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. during these months: January, March, May, July, September, and November. In the months that we do not have public meetings we have Board Work Sessions at Westwind Management at 5:00 p.m. during these months: February, April, June, August, and October. There are no Work Sessions in December. Work sessions are just to help us prepare for our upcoming meeting.

If there is ever a time where our community has zero volunteer Board Members, then the HOA would be run by our HOA attorney which could be very expensive for all of us. No offense to the many attorneys in our neighborhood, but our Board feels that the HOA is better served by volunteers living in our community.
