Statement from Shea Homes

The City of Littleton has requested that an economic analysis be completed as part of its review of the application. Shea Homes has been working to retain a qualified economist to prepare the required analysis; Shea Homes is currently working through the required economic analysis; however, the work will not be completed within the current hearing schedule.

As a result, the applicant has requested that the City Council hearing originally scheduled for July 21 be continued to December 1. This additional time will allow the required economic analysis to be completed and submitted for the City’s consideration.

We understand that many of you have dedicated a significant amount of time to following this proposal and participating throughout the process. We appreciate your continued engagement and patience as the City’s review moves forward.

We will continue to keep the neighborhood informed as additional information becomes available and will provide updates as we get closer to the December hearing.
