Dear TrailMark Residents,
On Monday evening (3/23/26), several residents near 9557 W TrailMark Parkway were reporting a great amount of rushing water. Denver Water came out to check the service line and noticed that it wasn’t their line.
I just hung up with the head service technician for Highlands Ranch Water who oversees and maintains the Fairview Ditch water rights. The ditch is used each Spring/Summer to fill up Pond G (East of 9557 W TrailMark Parkway), and eventually Fairview Reservoir (near the playground).
Unfortunately last fall, Q3, who was the City of Littleton subcontractor doing some street repair work on TrailMark Parkway, accidentally drilled through the HDPE pipe owned by Highlands Ranch Water. This line is the main artery from the ditch near West Athens Drive to the mentioned ponds. Between the City of Littleton and Highlands Ranch Water, they have identified the break in the line that needs immediate repair.
The good news is that the line will be repaired over the next several days. This should have no effect on any homeowner’s water which is supplied by Denver Water. When driving on TrailMark Parkway between Cambridge and Belfast, please slow down and be cautious of the many Highlands Ranch Water trucks and other vehicles making this emergency repair.
Please be patient as this repair will take a few days. We hope this information clears up any questions about the many repair trucks near 9557 W TrailMark Parkway.
Thank you,
