TRAILMARK DUMPSTER DAY

South of 9975 W Baden Drive on S Johnson Street

Dumpster Day is FREE, and for TrailMark residents ONLY.

If the first two dumpsters arrive on time, the event is expected to open around 7:00 a.m. Please follow the instructions on the map below in order to keep this event from becoming a traffic jam.

We’ve also included a list of items that are not permitted for disposal, below.

Please, no dumping of items when the dumpsters are full. We will be receiving 4 dumpsters staggered throughout the day. If they’re full, please come back later.

The first two dumpsters are expected to arrive around 7:00 a.m. The third dumpster is expected to arrive around noon, and the fourth dumpster is expected to arrive around 1:00 p.m.

Once the last dumpster is full, the event will be over. We expect the last dumpster to be picked up sometime between 2:30-3:00 p.m.

For your convenience, we’ve arranged for a food truck to be at this event in the same location. The food truck is LB Tacos, which will be serving breakfast burritos and tacos. Come hungry!!

The HOA Board members will be volunteering on Dumpster Day. Look for our reflective vests to help guide you through this day. If you’d like to volunteer and help us at this event, please email president@trailmark.org. We’ll be happy to have you!
